Living Bung Yarnda acknowledges the Gunaikurnai people as the Traditional Owners of the Lake Tyers catchment and waters and the Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust as the holders of Land Rights for the Lake Tyers Reserve, in accordance with the Aboriginal Lands Act, 1970. We recognise and respect their cultural heritage, custodianship and relationship with these lands and waters. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging thank you for continual care of this special place.
